防疫的日子裡我迷上了烘焙，蓬鬆柔軟的戚風蛋糕，濕潤綿密的磅蛋糕，多一點奶油少一點糖的慢慢實驗下，家裡的烘焙成品堆積如山哈哈哈哈

我喜歡這種實驗，然後找出自己想要味道的過程，也因為這樣最近一直分送食物給朋友們，意外的多了交流自己也很開心！最近想試試植物油的戚風蛋糕，希望做出日本那種清爽濕潤的感覺，一解沒辦法去玩的憂愁啊哈哈
